Ingredients
1 whole head of garlic, first third trimmed and discarded
olive oil
1/4 tablespoon sea salt
2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 (1 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup butter

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Place the garlic cloves in a roasting pan and drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven until the garlic is tender and brown, about 45 minutes.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and stir in the sea salt. Cook potatoes in salted water until tender, about 30 minutes. flow away.
